Wayne and Diane Stahl

Wayne was born in Cheboygan, Michigan, in 1953 and is the eldest son of Ken and Jean Stahl of Indian River. Wayne attended and graduated from Inland Lakes Schools as did his two older sisters and younger brother. Active in sports, Wayne enjoys the North Country with all the outdoor activities.

Although living in Iowa, Mississippi, and Florida while in college and other professions, Wayne celebrates the date in 1980 when along with his wife Diane (Wayne's high-school sweetie and partner since 1972) and their two sons, Chad and Matt, moved back to Indian River for their permanent home.

Wayne has been active in professional sales for over 36 years. He is active in the community as a School Board member for over 15 years and is the current President of the Board of Inland Lakes Schools and is a hard worker in his local church serving as a Bible school teacher, song leader, soloist, and board member. 

Wayne also has a residential building license from the State of Michigan and sells and oversees the construction on Log and Timber frame homes.

Diane was raised in Topinabee, Michigan and besides working in the Church as a children’s teacher spends many hours working with the family operations. She is busy overseeing many of the business functions and keeps the family business moving forward. This Family Truly Works Together and enjoys it. Diane enjoys boating, gardening, and being a Grandmother to their beautiful grand children.

Matt Stahl

Chad Stahl

Chad was born in Michigan and has grown up all over the country. He has a great appreciation for the beauty and pristine landscape that Northern Michigan has to offer. Chad is multi faceted with an Associates Degree in Health Therapies, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a Real Estate Salespersons license obtained in March, 1999, his Brokers license in March, 2004, along with dozens of others academic and athletic awards. 

Chad is now looking to help his parents with their business here at RE/MAX Lake Country. His main focus is to expand RE/MAX once again, in an effort to promote brand awareness and name recognition. Chad loves to help people meet their real estate needs with either buying or selling. Chad is a great asset in our company with his vast knowledge that keeps our office running smoothly by tracking sales, performing day-to-day duties in our Accounting and Bookkeeping department when he is not working with customers.

Chad and his wife, Kim, are actively involved with the youth group at their church. Kim runs Little Bugs Daycare, which they both enjoy having the little monsters invade their solitude and eat all of their macaroni and cheese. Chad is a very hard working person who always finds a way to balance work, play and having fun in everything he does. He even finds time on his lunch breaks to better his overall internet chess score.

Melissa Brazier

Melissa has a heart and a desire to help you obtain your dream, whether that is a home, some vacant land, new business, or a business opportunity, and investment property. She knows what it takes to get the job done and is amazingly organized with her procedures.

Melissa is a great asset to our team here at RE/MAX Lake Country. Melissa was born in Cheboygan, Michigan. She is a native to Northern Michigan with only taking time out to go to a private college in North Dakota, where she studied to obtain a business degree and counseling. She has a diverse background ranging from commercial real estate / property management, building traits, legal assistant, substitute teacher, all while a current seasonal local business owner of the Dairy Mart. She is currently on the Indian River Soccer Association board and has been a purchaser for five years and has coached for several years. She loves the opportunity to work with the youth in her church and the community. If it were not for some of her youth (Melissa, Lindsay, Angela) she would not have become so good at accountability. She is very dedicated to her family and is involved with her children's school and their sports activities. She has four beautiful children: Amanda, Cynthia, Blake & Corey, which are Bob's and her joy and pride. 

Melissa loves life! She enjoys the outdoors whether it is gardening, canoeing, camping, walking, biking, swimming, and laughing. She loves the indoors also while taking time to paint, read, study, work with her children and redecorate. She enjoys a challenge and has not found an obstacle she cannot get around. But her heart is in people. She is dedicated to help them, to talk, to laugh, to show them how to have fun, to cry and to understand while all the while she herself is forever learning.
